It wouldn’t. You need a fpeb. Varr works if you have documentation to challenge range of motions for a higher rating (my c&p examiner lied about my ROM) as i have L1-S1 are all herniated
I got 20% for my back, 100% va. I concurred and waived a formal hearing and requested a VARR because i had new measurements done through Physical therapy. They received it on feb 20th and it was closed on 22nd. Waiting for my DA 199 now.
as am i, my decisions been made and i see nothing still. Only that it says its closed and letter available, then when i click on it says nothings there.
Don’t be afraid to reach out to your nurse case manager or our ombudsman. They’re here to help us out through this process. Ik this whole waiting process is rough.
