    Thank you for the info! I would think the Navy would be just as fast as the other branches. I was proposed an “offer” prior to my hearing in which I declined and went through the hearing but doesn't the 3 personal vote on the outcome after the hearing? I guess I just don’t know the exact process...

    That’s a big gap my PEBLO said 2-3 months, my attorney said that’s a bit excessive and said for my case specifically potentially 1 month it’s been 21 days since my formal.
