when's your formal board date and when were your notified of the date?

Did you have 2 unfitting conditions and the formal board overturn 1 of them to fit? End of the day, VA rating should remained unchanged. Having 10% vs. 20% just means you pay back the severance pay at a lower amount. I would argue that if under 30%, the lower the DoD percentage the better...

Congrats on making it to the finish line! Should be able to take Dec 15th and subtract total leave days remaining (add at least another 2.5 for leave accumulated in Nov) and 20 days for PTAD to get a rough estimate.
