    1st meeting with peblo_allready problems

Can you help me understand how it works when a doctor refers you to the MEB for conditions? I am being referred to the MEB for my profile but I am concerned that it won't have ALL my conditions listed on it, only the one that is preventing me from doing PT. Now I am worried!

    Reservist with Questions! Please help.

Another question: does my P3 profile have to list all my conditions on it? Right now I think it just lists my feet because that is preventing me from running. At what point in the process do I need to make sure all my conditions are considered (especially for possible medical retirement purposes)?

    Reservist with Questions! Please help.

Margaret, Warrior - thank you for helping me to understand the process. I just went into the clinic today. I believe they are doing the P3 profile now. I expect maybe things will move quickly now with hearing from the PEBLO and such? Although I see that Warrior, was it really two months...

    Reservist with Questions! Please help.

Thank you so much everyone for all the help. I think I have decided to go forward with the MEB process because of two main things: 1. I am only just now realizing that my VA disability could be re-evaluated at any time. (Can you believe I didn't know this at all?) If that is the case...

    IDES with previous VA rating

Hmm. I can do my job but I don't think I can deploy because I've been on various profiles pretty much continuously since 2005. The constant profiles is another reason they want to med board me. You are so right a out seeking treatment. It just seems like one more thing to add to my already too...

    IDES with previous VA rating

I'm a finance officer (sit at a desk). But their issue is I can't do the PT test. Yes, I think so. Although it seems they lumped a bunch of conditions into #4 and also gave me a real low ball percentage considering i can't walk at all without severe pain.

    IDES with previous VA rating

Thanks for the reply! No, I haven't had any C&P exams since the initial VA rating 6 years ago (in 2007). Here is what I was given previously: 1. 30% functional bowel disorder 2. 10% acetabular dysplasia and osteoarthritis, right hip 3. 10% acetabular dysplasia and osteoarthritis, left hip 4...

    IDES with previous VA rating

OK, I'm an Air Force reservist looking at a possible MEB for discharge because I can't run or walk for the PFT. I understand it now goes through the IDES system. However, I already have my VA rating of 60% disabled from when I got off active duty 6 years ago and transitioned to the reserves. I...
