My DOD findings were rated 30% PDRL for my condition because i can’t eat or exercise with it and i already had surgery to correct the issue and it didn’t work and i can’t get another surgery or i can die. Not all of my conditions will be permanent, but the major ones are unfortunately.

I got my rating from my DOD findings and proposed VA rating, and my DOD findings state Permanent disability at 30%. Does anyone know if you can get P and T from the VA with only "97%" that equals 100%? I have functional loss in a lot of my proposed ratings 8 out of 15 claims that were rated.

Unfortunately no, but i heard once PEB sends your stuff to the VA for ratings your usually found unfit.

I I got my proposed rating, but still waiting for my PEBLO to contact me to sign the paper accepting my finding.

My VA claims got sent to the PEB 12Aug2024. They closed my BEL (Benefit Estimate letter) case 17Sep2024. I called the VA five times before someone faxed them over. I received my proposed ratings 23Sep2024.

My DBQ was not helpful for the VA due to it being a "Rare condition", but I can not find anything on the VA 38F chapter book for my condition. Does anyone know a possible percentage for this, especially since I'm on MEB for this issue? I saw my BEL claim was closed on the VA, but it got sent...
