Your DBQ was a lot better than mine and I ended up with unfit 10% DoD. My doctor also put not refractory to therapy, but didn’t check constant. Also did not conduct a tender point check at all just put no.
After the MO it seems you’re found unfit if they’re working with the VA to determine your rating. Which is also the QA (quality assurance) stage. On my findings it said it was done with the MO April 14th; and then my VA case said closed on 28APR. I was afraid I would be found fit but received...
I’m gonna have to guess there were errors in your case file sent to the PEB and that’s why such a quick turnaround. Otherwise I see no other reason for this or a fit finding
The doctor for my DBQ decided not to listen to my answers for Fibro and didn’t check refractory to therapy, didn’t conduct tender point checks, and didn’t check box for constant pain. Having my PCM write up a supporting statement so I can upload to VA.
