Have you gotten a date yet? Last week I heard that someone who contested on May 23rd received a date for mid September.

Have you heard anything yet? Someone let me know they submitted their request in April and received their FPEB date last week for the beginning of September.

Has anyone received an FPEB date in the last 7ish weeks? It’s been 7 weeks since I contested my findings and most people I’ve talked to recently had a date within a month. I’m starting to get a little concerned as we are approaching almost two months since contesting.
