Yes. I am Army. Got out of active duty and joined reserves. Started the process in reserves in May 2021. I know this is Navy forum. But I got all my answers from this group. This is like most active group in this website.

Thank you. I think it was sent to PEB on July 21. PEB found me unfit in 21 Aug. VA made their decision on 09 sep. PEB made their decision on 23 sep. They sent the decision to my PEBLO on 4th OCT. My Peblo contacted me on 5th OCT.

Finally got my rating back. IPEB: DOD 60% and VA 100% Signed my 199 this morning. How long does it normally takes to get your orders back after this step?

Yeah, my lawyer is same. Atleast yours respond you through email. Mine dont answer the phone or replies any email. I wish I could change him.

It shouldnt change. That should be your final ratings. Just curious what was your timeline for the process? I am waiting for my Infromal PEB and 199.

Yeah. i havent found a single person saying something good about their peblo or lawyer. They all seem to pretend as if its too much for them to answer the damn phone. I hope there is a way to fix this in future. They pretend to do us a favor when they are suppose to do their jobs.

Is there any process to change the lawyer? My lawyer never answers the phone. Left voice mails sent emails but nothing. He is of no help.

Are we talking about the date case was submitted to PEB or the date MEB was started?

Yeah it is a frustrating process for sure.

Yeah I have heard about the tracking system. I checked that one out. And trust me its not accurate. They are still showing in MEB step it was done 2 months back.

No I am not navy. I know this forum is Navy i realized that later. I am in Army reserves. But the timeline should be much different though right?

Now just waiting for my informal PEB ratings.

I called the VA and they emailed me my decision. So i know exactly how much VA is offering me.

There is no harm in trying brother. ok. I dont have much information on this. I just copied and pasted what my PEBLO told me in an email. I hope she is not lying to me lol. But thank you for picturing the timeline for me. I guess, i dont have any other choice but to wait for my informal PEB rating.

Yes I believe your PEBLO should have got some information by now. because I signed my NARSUM in July 20th so even if my PEBLO sent that to PEB on same day I got mine PEB unfit decision in next three weeks. So ask her if there is any update on that. Hopefully you will hear something positive.
