Just say no to the injections. You can try Medrol dose packs when you are having a multiple day attack. But the research on the injections is weak...so what you found was correct. There is no absolute understanding of the etiology of MD so the treatments are a crap shoot.

I like your plan. I have yet to see a definitive answer on this. I do agree with you that a good therapist that clicks with you is rare..and the other therapists may cause you to slip backwards. I would say that you study up on your condition and the coping skills involved in order to help...
