Thanks for the clarification that the Army makes the determination which of the disability ratings are "combat related". And also thank you for the links. If all of the 90% from the VA is determined to be combat related (which we have solid documentation that it is), can you help with the...

MEB/PEB from OCONUS, now waiting 95 days and counting!!

Still waiting...who else is? According to our PEBLO, we are listed as waiting for 107 days now (our count is a few days less, but if that is what her list says....so be it). She saying that we are on #4 on our installations list to get rated and that the SFC in VA told her we should receive...

NARSUM only lists 1 condition as chief complaint, when i believe it should be more

NARSUM only lists 1 condition as chief complaint, when i believe it should be mor Corey, as far as I interpret your description of facts I would say that sadly, they are right. If your other condition don't call for a "3" on your profile, you will only be rated for them with the VA. I am...

MEB/PEB from OCONUS, now waiting 95 days and counting!!

Our PEBLO said they were operational three weeks ago. Then supposedly their electronic submission system was down. And now, no one answers phone's or emails. It's just so frustrating, guess I needed to vent. But thanks for your input, guess I am not the only one waiting!

    Help with the diagnosis....Quick

"They" did the same to my husband. Changed it from degenerative disc disease after 2 herniated disc surgeries to "chronic pain status post surgeries". I believe it is in the favor of the Military, I don't see us getting over 30% for chronic pain. After 2 years of waiting for a P3 profile, my...

    MEB Status

Urworshipgal: Thanks for your fast reply. I contacted the person in lieu for the PEBLO and she was able to get the AKO info updated. So, obviously they received it the same day it was submitted (since it was done electronically). Anyway, with looking at your timeline and the move of the...

    MEB Status

Dear Forum Members: it took some time and a few AKO-Tickets to get my husbands myMEB feature on AKO to work. Finally, we were able to check it this morning and the last update is Date MEB Forwarded to PEB: 07/01/2011. We are a bit concerned, shouldn't it have some type of update that it has...

MEB conditions that can get rated

Good Morning, thank you all for the responses. The PA agreed to change/update the profile and resubmit it. Case Manager and Med Board Doc are aware of it too- seems to be too easy to be true, but we shall see. As far as the "ratable" conditions go: has anyone gotten a link to the referenced...
