Jeez, I'm at Hood too and did VA exams in Dec 2022 and still have not received my Narsum. I guess some peblos here are better than others. Our timeline is damn near identical up until the Narsum portion.

One final question, will a commander listen to the PEBLO and respect what he has to say? I’ve heard it’s a CG ran program (the MEB process) but im not sure of the whole thing. Doubt a company commander would want to go against the CG
