Did you have 2 unfitting conditions and the formal board overturn 1 of them to fit? End of the day, VA rating should remained unchanged. Having 10% vs. 20% just means you pay back the severance pay at a lower amount. I would argue that if under 30%, the lower the DoD percentage the better...

Are you referring to 4000 cases that were lost at the PEB or with the VA? If PEB, who did you receive the update from? I have a hard time believing they have 4k lost cases and not 1 person on this forum is one of those cases...everyone on here seems to be April and after with Medical Officer.
