I got 20% for my back, 100% va. I concurred and waived a formal hearing and requested a VARR because i had new measurements done through Physical therapy. They received it on feb 20th and it was closed on 22nd. Waiting for my DA 199 now.

as am i, my decisions been made and i see nothing still. Only that it says its closed and letter available, then when i click on it says nothings there.

I mentioned it to my peblo, she submitted my job offer letter to the PEB, within 2 days i got an answer, it was expedited.

Try contacting your ombudsman, they can assist you with figuring out who your peblo is and why its taking so long for initial counseling.

Also wanted to mention i got my case expedited because of a tentative job offer I got, but expedite wasnt accepted until after being found unfit.

Varr case closed on va.gov Feb 22.

Every unit has a nurse case manager, even if they dont contact you during this process. You’re also entitled to speak to an ombudsman. Most of their numbers can be found online.

Everyone has access to them, it’s just not normally talked about.

Contact your nurse case manager & Ombudsman. Thats how i initially found out about it. They both are suppose to fight for you aswell during this process.

It exists, but you have to have a job offer letter to submit with it. Your peblo is suppose to submit it to the PEB.

If you c&p was butchered i would immediately ask my pcm for a refferal to either specific surgeon for condition or physical/ or occupational therapist depending on the condition to have it re-evaluated so that you have evidence to dispute it once ratings come back.
