    IDES/VA Attorney options

Since you are a lawyer and I have been reading some of the tips on your site. I am trying to be found fit for duty. If the IPEB determines I am not fit for duty is it possible to go back to the active MTF and start claiming everything to restart the process? The reason I’m asking is because I...

    IDES Timeline

My PEBLO informed me that Air Force cases have been taking about 3 weeks. I really hope that’s not accurate. I will be put out before I get to 20 if that’s the case.

    IDES Timeline

I understand your frustrations on waiting so long because you would like to move on. I on the other hand want the process to crawl or die out.....LOL My PEBLO informed me that my exams are back and she needs character statements and my letter before she can submit my packet to the PEB. If you...

Trying to be found Fit to finish 20yrs.

If I can get off of the narcotic pain medications the results will be simple....fit for duty. The condition by itself is not the reason for the MEB. It’s the MEDs that started this wheel of BS.

Trying to be found Fit to finish 20yrs.

I am looking at staying in to complete my 20yrs of service. I also have filled out the LAS paperwork as well. I am also looking at switching my medication regimen to help this process. It’s to late to claim all the issues I have because I have already completed my C&P exams. I am also fully...

Trying to be found Fit to finish 20yrs.

Charlie, I know only claiming the referred condition can backfire. I have 19 months to reach 20 yrs of service but I also have 95 days of leave saved up as well. So I would have to stretch it to 16 months. I’m really nervous about only claiming the one condition but that’s what was suggested to...

Trying to be found Fit to finish 20yrs.

Hello all, I am trying to be found “fit for duty”. I only claimed the condition that I was referred for because that’s what the VA counselor told me to do. He said I can claim all the other stuff if I am found unfit later. Anyway....what do I need to do to be found fit? My CC recommended retain...

QTC exams showing up in Tricare online

If you go to tricare online you can see the documents and sometimes notes. There should be a tab on the left with a bunch of links. Look for the one that says documents. I have read all of my off base appointments to include ER visits on there.

When is it time to talk with an attorney?

I just recently got my IRILO back from AFPC recommending a full MEB. I haven’t completed my claims or an exams yet. Do I talk with legal counsel before the IPEB?

    Diagnosis vs. the board

You are absolutely correct. Long term use is not good for anyone, but trying to get the military doctors to help me get healed is like taking teeth from an alligator. I’m at a loss on what else I can do as a patient other than keep making appointments for things I think it could be. Any suggestions?

    Diagnosis vs. the board

Hello all, I am currently diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome with no actual proof. The theory is that I have nerve entrapment and have tried my hardest to get exploratory surgery with no results. I am fully functional and can complete my job without issues. The only reason I am going to a...
