It took me like a couple weeks. MMSR-4 should be the end all source for this info... I'd call again and again 'til I got answers.

I hear it's a bit hard to do these days but have you tried calling Jeff at the PEB? And have you kept an eye on your LIMDU Smart?

Hey, glad you got your findings. I'll try to break down some of the things you mentioned. Checkout begins pretty soon after findings. The real bottleneck is notifying RPAC about your 214 generation - some have a minimum notice with Lejeune having a 14 day notice requirement (for retirements at...

Not to cause any concern but VA ratings being generated doesn't imply fitness or unfitness. You can get your ratings and get found fit (though this would mean your VA rating proposal wouldn't be dispensed to you normally, only if you convince a call center agent to mistakenly send it to you...

https://www.secnav.navy.mil/mra/CORB/Pages/PEB/default.aspx <--- link The phone number listed, when I was dealing with this, leads to a guy named Jeff. If it's still him he usually picks up around 9 EST. I called about 3 times a day if he didn't pick up, which happens. He'll pick up, say PEB...

The process is in desperate need of reform. There is significant incentive for MSC's and PEBLO's to simply paperweight through the entire process and give as little guidance as allowable. After month one of dealing with that and seeing other people's experience I didn't bother calling them for...

What advice do you give to someone who got a bad exam?

Thank you. And I agree with the MSC bit... seems like many are afraid of being labeled a coach and getting fired so they just paperweight.

What advice do you give to someone who got a bad exam?

Hey guys, I've made a bit of a hobby out of talking people through boards mostly on Reddit by discussing their process with them and directing them here. There's a real chance that a few of you reading this that came from Reddit were directed to some of my threads on the board process. An issue...

    Commanders Statement

There's not much to be done at all really. All you can do is hope the board members concur that they're unfitting. If you disagree with their informal decision appeal. Odds are impossible to guess.

    RTD after full MEB?

Honestly no. I've never met someone who didn't want to be returned to duty get returned to duty. Also each time someone I knew who didn't want to be found fit was found fit they successfully appealed it at the formal board. Obviously it's possible and my connections aren't all encompassing, but...

Hit up MMSR-4. Had a SgtMaj pick up when I called and he even told me my expected final day a week early. Your local wounded warrior will have the number.

    LIMDU Smart

If you continue to have issues you'll need to get medical to log in for you. They should be able to let you do what you need to do or navigate where you need to see for you. They can also email any of your files to you.

    Commanders Statement

Best of luck. If you're active look into VR&E and educate yourself on your state's unemployment program.
  17. T

    Commanders Statement

Your PEBLO is right - the board is aware of the massive conflict of interest the commander's statement is and it's in the best interest of the commander to say whatever necessary to maintain their numbers. This isn't an effective strategy, and the more outlandish a statement is the less credible...

Multiple DBQs For The Same Issue?

Generally speaking exams are good for a year, maybe someone goofed along the way in ordering you new ones, but it could also be that BDD claims also guarantee exams so the two programs are conflicting in that regard. I can't say I'm positive on how true this is, but that's how it would make...

Multiple DBQs For The Same Issue?

Anything IDES will be null and void if you don't end up discharging via IDES. I'd imagine that would mean your previous 526 along with any exams will be trashed, otherwise they wouldn't have requested new exams.
