mental health dbq

Just got my Mental Health DBQ posted to patient portal. I feel like I was completely screwed over as most of what I said was disregarded on the DBQ instead the examiner copied and pasted information from a psych appointment I had back in June 2024, despite going weekly for almost 3-4 years now…...

Can anyone help me with what they gave me on these forms. Because it seems like most of my symptoms were not addressed, maybe it's my fault because I didn't want to talk much about my issues. Once I get out of the army, will I get another exam for PTSD?

Greetings! Combat related PTSD DBQ results from C&P exam; any thoughts? Doc only checked 2 boxes (highlighted in green). In IDES currently, Purple Heart for SC, 10 years worth of BH STRs, Personal statement included, 20 plus active duty. Thoughts on my potential rating is my question?
