Anyone else had issues with missing DBQ's being uploaded to their Tricare online documents?
So for example, I filed my claim on Jan 4 with a retirement date of 1 July. I had my 3 QTC exams done on Jan 17,18,19. Last month, I saw that my all DBQ's were individually uploaded on Feb 8th, but I'm still missing one from my mental health exam. I was just curious if anyone else has had issues with this before, and who would I contact to get the DBQ. Thanks
