Yes add them to VA and your VA compensation should increase. Also, add them in DEERS so that they can get benefits like tricare.

You can enroll your spouse online through eBenefits as long as you have a login and your marriage certificate is uploaded.
If you prefer, you can enroll by mail using VA Form 21-686 and sending in your marriage certificate and other required documents (you can find them on the VA website).
