Alternative ways to access TDRL Re Eval Results

Hi everyone,

i was in the Air Force. I went for my TDRL re evalutation in September 2022. I just got an email stating my results are in and to login to MyFSS for my results however I have no access to my FSS. I've called the help desk 3 times and sent several emails nobody can help me with the situation and i have been told they can't tell me my results over the phone. I'm not sure how to access my results or if there is anyone i can actually call.
I'm so frustrated I waited 5 months for results that nobody can seem to give me.

Have you tried to register on myfss As non cac user? Or other login options?

Just trying to trouble shoot not sure what you have tried yet.
