Any Advice will be greatly appreciated.....

I wanted to know if anyone had an idea of what the outcome might be. Here's a timeline

2008- broke tibial sesamoid while deployed to Iraq (bone under big toe)

2009- surgery to partially remove broken tibial sesamoid(didn't fix it, bunion formed)

2010- surgery for bunionectomy( didn't fix the problem), bunion formed on other foot

Started MEB in Jan 2011

VA physical findings

-Low back problem from walking on heel constantly due to foot injury

-Anxiety and memory loss

-tinea versicolor (entire back, shoulders, chest), got from Iraq from sleeping on cots

Thanks in advance,

Welcome to the forum Broham!

It is very hard to guess what an outcome will be. A lot of different factors will go into it. Couple of questions:

1. Which service are you in?
2. Are you enrolled in the IDES or "Legacy" program?
3. What would you like the outcome to be?
4. How do these conditions effect your ability to complete your local mission and worldwide qualifications?

Keep in mind, your service will only rate you on the findings that disqualify you from duty. From what you posted above, I would guess the lower back pain and anxiety. You will need to have definitive diagnoses for each disease/disorder. Once you have those, you can look them up in the VASRD for the ratings.

I'm in the Marine Corps with almost 8 yrs. I don't know what system I'm in but will try to find out. After having the two surgeries while juggling family life and working night crew for almost two years I'm ready to leave. At this time I'm not able to run, jump, hike, can only walk at a very slow pace and not allowed to stand for prolonged periods. I'm also non-deployable.
