I'm trying to get the most accurate timeline for a decision on a rebuttal for a FIT finding... and if anyone's been found FIT and the request to overturn it be denied? And if there was an explanation... I'm praying for the best!

It is not out of the question for the FPEB to overturn a fit. Would need to know more information to provide any insight on how this could be accomplished.
