I looked at the documents submitted to the VA from my C&P exam (on TOL) and the doctor basically lied about everything. He said things I have documented, I don't have. My medboard is about my hips (typical female ya know hahah) the doctor DID NOT use a protractor, but said he did in the document and stated I practically had full ROM in my hips when I actually barely have any.
I was told I have to wait til my board comes back to rebuttal. Am I going ti be able to request a new C&P exam and get everything re-evaluated for all that was claimed for that exam or no? My PEBLO has been no help and has decided to go ghost right now.

If your C&P is that far off I would call your MSC and state the exam is wrong and you need a new one. If QTC did the exam I would call them too and ask for a supervisor since your exam was false. Also, if you can't get a new C&P exam for that appointment you can write up and upload to the VA a Statement in Support of Claim (VA Form 21-4138) the issues with the C&P exam. If possible upload as an attachment along with that form a filled out C&P by your regular doctor with the correct information as a rebuttal to the original incorrect C&P exam.

You’ll eventually see in your health record under documents when you sign into tricare online . Once it’s uploaded you can see everything the doctor checked off. Just keep checking

Thanks so much for this. Some of my dbqs have been uploaded and it was nice looking over them. Still waiting on a few more hopefully will be uploaded this week.
