Combat-Related?

Good morning,

I have tried to find more in depth information but am having trouble, I am hoping someone has some knowledge. I wanted to know if depression after deployment would be considered Combat-Related?
It may be an obvious answer, but every example I have read would say otherwise. Then again, I have not been able to find a lot of examples.
