Commanders Impact Statement

I’m in the process of completing the Commanders Impact Statement to be retained in the Air Force.

Would anyone have recommendation letters stating why they should be retained that they would be willing to share? I’m drafting one from my Commander that they will sign. Thank you!!

I don’t have my CIS, but I wrote it. The statement talked extensively about the members ability to make an overwhelming difference to mission success both in garrison and down range.


I was RTD.

I am active duty navy. I know we are different branches but it may give you perspective or you might see something on mine that may help.
