Hoping for some assistance estimating CRSC, IF DON were to grant it based on the (4) presumptives VA recently diagnosed.
1. H3 Base Avg is $6100
2. My DoD disability rating is 60%
3. 16 Years and 6 months of active duty.
4. VA compensation: 100%, 1 dependent child, $4150
5. (4) Conditions that are listed on VA Gulf/Post 9-11 Presumptive:
[60%,30%,30%,10%]
6. Chap 61 Ret. but weighing if it’s worth it to do TERA vs simply accepting findings and pursuing CRSC based on Gulf/Post 9-11 presumptives.
