Why not. I think I know, I used the estimate website and the spreadsheet.appreciate it. Both methods above land around $550ish a month, just asking for a second look

-NOT BRS(2008 discharge)
-years of service: 6, 11 months (I was less than 2 weeks shy of 7 years)
-DOD pay: 955(dfas gross before waiver)
-VA monthly: 4201.35(waiver)
-DOD retirement disability %: 30%
-CRSC Disability %: 40% (estimated as claim pending but what the VA awarded for presumptive.

Thanks! Let’s keep pushing for MAJ Richard Starr Act, I am looking at nearly a 60% reduction in my disabled combat veteran tax.
 
Based on my math I got about $549 as the max you can receive for CRSC.
So aim for 40% or more.

Thanks, yeah sounds about right. Well unless they ignore the presumptive rules in the financial manual the VA granted 40% PACT ACT presumptives. I am very confident in my claim. I focused on the PACT claims, but do have multiple VA rated disabilities. Assuming they will look at them all even though I only specifically applied for
