Hi all, I've read so much helpful information and I would like to thank everyone for the shared knowledge.
I applied for CRSC but I didn't have much medical evidence from the time of the incident. It's a nerve condition and it took several months for most of the severe symptoms to materialize. After being misdiagnosed for nearly a year, the true condition was eventually discovered at which time I retraced my steps and realized the past accident had caused the damage. I was deployed and supporting action against the enemy when the accident happened.
- I was medically retired and my narrative summary recounts the accident that caused the injury.
- The MED AF Form 356 recounts the accident and in Column F, it says YES to occurring in a combat-related operation.
- My DD214 in block 28 stated Combat-Related as the reason for separation.
IYO, do you think this is enough to be granted CRSC. Thanks for your opinions.
