Also. I submitted my claim at the beginning of the shut down (First week of October 2025). I did receive a letter that they got my packet. I have not received the 60 day email. Or I may have missed it if it was sent to spam. I am thinking about calling them tomorrow for a status update.
CRSC Timeline - Army

The tab was always there when I logged into MyPay. It didn't populate, however, until after DFAS calculated my CRSC pay. So, I got the CRSC approval from the Army, and then it was maybe another week before DFAS received the approval and did their calculation.
Mine was all automatic, and right on time. Mine came before the shutdown, so I didn't see a lapse in my timeline, but I have to imagine things were slightly affected by the shut down. Calling works great, believe it or not. They've been very responsive when I've called, or submitted a request through AskDFAS.
Mike, you call them back or hear any updates on your situation?
How do you know when DFAS received it ?
I called DFAS and they told me over the phone the date they received it.
I had to call as well still no update on my pay
When I got the CRSC approval letter in iPerms, that's when I called and they said they got it. It took a month to get the actual calculation back.
