When you say your retro statement was uploaded into mypay, which menu did that show up under? And did you receive your backpay before the upload date or are you still waiting on it? My timeframe is similar to yours as far as processing and approval goes, just waiting on the backpay portion. DFAS is telling me that I should have my backpay by the 21st of June but nothing concrete other than their word lol.Good Afternoon,

11 Apr: approved
1 May: 1st payment received
15 Jun: retro statement uploaded into mypay
My statement uploaded into mypay on 15 Jun with a pay date of 17 Jun into my account.... with that being said, you should have yours soon. Cool I’ll be on the lookout for it. I called Mypay last week and apparently the 30 days retro processing time isn’t tied to your audit start date (the first tech told me the wrong thing), rather it’s 30 days from your first CRSC payment. I also found out its automated/system ran, with no one touching your audit the first 30 days. If it clears the automatic checks, then payment is released after the 30 day mark. If it’s flagged during those 30 days, it then gets sent for manual calculation by a person which can take up to another 30 days. They could see my checks were good as of the 22nd last week and the amount to be paid which was almost the same of what I calculated out which was awesome.My statement uploaded into mypay on 15 Jun with a pay date of 17 Jun into my account.... with that being said, you should have yours soon.
