Jason, Long time no see or hear. I have been away for a long time. After talking with Mike Parker and emailing him with documents to reveiw. It looks like I am a qualified candidate to submit for the PDBR. I am needing help on filling DD 294 out. I have a lot documents that I sent Mike to include DA Form 199 PEB Proceedings and what they gave me, The entire DD Form 3947 with supporting documents, my VA disability ratings (showing i have 90%) But for whatever reason I am stumped on what to say on this form...maybe because I am apprehensive and scared as i don't want to mess this up for myself by not stating what I need to state. Mike feels I was screwed as well as the i was never rated for several things that i was found unfit for. Anyway I wait for wisdom. I also sent you an email as well.
