Whent to c&p exams X-ray findings was only DDD however I have 3 other tests x/ray and MRI saying I have a lot more wrong within the last year. C&P box 16A. ….do the conditions listed in the diagnosis section impact his/her ability to perform any type of occupational task (such as standing, walking, lifting, sitting etc.)?
They checked the box NO
will I be returned to duty?
Another thing doc checked the box that “weighted” range of motion test wasn’t used be it could cause pain/injury. Makes no sense to me

That's certainly not going to help you in your journey if you are trying to get out. The IDES board will have access to all evidence submitted to them so they will see your other x-rays and MRI. It might be worth going to your civilian doctor with the same DBQ and having them fill it out. At lease this way they have two doctors saying different things which might cause them to ask the VA to redo the exam.

Yeah the doc that says medboard was was a surgeon and the QTC is a normal primary care doc so I hope they take that into consideration.

I would ask them to fill out a DBQ for your issues and maybe even a civilian doc. The more evidence the better.
