Do "FIT" Determinations mean you are not injured and deserve no care or treatment?

I am trying to understand what a FIT determination is and means.

I am Court for Military Back Pay.

I was never put through the DES in service. Now after service, when I went to the Board to Correct my Records, they state for the first time I am "FIT" therefore do not deserve benefits from the DOD, for LOD Service Connected injury determined at the VA. One must know I attempted a Navy Army transfer that the VA found record, the DOD had databased permanent medical profile for spine musculoskeletal Psych stopping my transfer, but keeping me in the Navy, and the Navy now says they never saw that record, and it is not in my Navy Service Jacket.

So I am asking those who went through the DES in service what and where and how is this FIT applied and deterimined.

What does it mean? Is Medical Treatment, LIMDU etc part of the process for determining FITNESS.

Please educate me.

Thanks
