Expedited IPEB

Just curious if anyone knows if my PEBLO can talk to the PEB to expedite my DoD findings and everything if I am accepted to attend college in the spring? Or if my Navy Wounded Warrior case manager can reach out?

Even if the answer is yes don't count on it. One of the most common issues on here is Soldiers trying to plan ahead. Its best to not have any immediate plans until you have your orders. That includes college or starting a new job. I would save all of your leave and save as much money as you can knowing you are about to have a life big life change in the near future. Then once you get your orders get working on applying for college and attending the next available semester or if its about a job start applying for jobs as soon as you have your NLT date.

If you try to time it or do it ahead you are going to create a ton more stress and I have seen some Soldiers make some terrible financial decisions because they were more concerned about getting out quickly than getting the correct results. I have seen Soldiers not appeal things the would have because they had a job lined up. Some of these decisions could cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in lifetime benefits. Also, no one knows what the laws will be in the future. Getting the best result during IDES should be your full focus.

I'm in the same boat; I ended up enrolling in online classes for the spring term because the PEB is moving slowly and I don't think my case will be finished in time.
