Found a way to find proposed ratings

Hello,

First time posting. I just want to share a bit of information for you since I tried to find it on here.

When the VA looks over your case and closes the case, your proposed ratings are sent to the PEB if you are in IDES. Apparently it is super close hold, I tried sweet talking the VA call center, talked to my PEBLO, and my MSC. They said they cant give them to me.

So I went on the ebenefits website and went on the page of disabilities from my portal page. You will see a list of PENDING disabilities, from there, click on any one of the disabilities, scroll down, and click on "view all uploaded documents for this claim".

Sometimes this page doesnt load it in, so hit the old refresh button, or try a different computer.

I am a proposed rating of 100%.

Hope that helps people!

Nice! Alternatively, just keep calling the VA hotline. Eventually, you'll get through to someone who doesn't know or doesn't care and they will email you the breakdown.

Agreed. I followed your advice, and it worked. I called two more times today, and on the second one, I got someone willing to email me my proposed rating.

Glad that worked for you!

How do you know when to call tho? Like what if your proposed ratings aren’t in?

I am not sure. I've called on four times over the last few weeks to no avail. Then again, my case is still open and pending decision according to the VA's website.

I, for one, admire your resolve. Well done.

This isn't working for me, but my claim are in the GATHERING OF EVIDENCE phase (after being in PREP FOR DECISION).

Could it also be that Adobe Acrobat has to be installed?

My VA portal says "Closed. We sent you a decision letter." They don't actually send the letter in the mail though.

As I re-read your post, it appears your VA rating decision isn't even ready yet so theres nothing for them to tell you. Just try and be patient and once it updates to "closed" you should be able to call and get the ratings. Good luck!

Thats odd. Here is all I can see on VA.gov eBenefits:

Where are you seeing it on eBenefits?

Click on the documenrts tag. There should be on there with your proposed ratings on it. The ratings in that pic are for final ratings. You can have final rating until you get out.

Odd. I have nothing under the documents. Oh well.
