What was the process for the expedite memo you used for employment? Im hearing conflicting things about doing that. Some people are flat out saying its not real.
My NARSUM was submitted 5 SEP. My VA case closed on 30 OCT. I have been on the final "PEB Signature" step since 20 NOV. My job doesn't start until March but they want my DD214 as soon as possible.

100% real and works , either forge or have employer send you email stating you have a job and can start immediately. The send it to peblo and then forward it to PEB. Ok I have a legitimate job offer but I’m told my commander needs to sign off on it (expedite memo) before my PEBLO can do anything with it and that it only works for a formal board. Tbh I haven't had help from my commander since day one because they don't believe in Medboard for anyone under any circumstance, so I go straight to the top for any help. There should be no problem submitting a email from work for it without anyone from your command having to give it a go, they don't have control on your stuff
