HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY, PEB FORUM!!

Eighteen years have flown by. I laughed at myself earlier for thinking my baby is now a full-grown adult! In some ways, it is like seeing your baby grow. Like my son when he turned 18, I look forward to what comes next. (Junior, I mean, 2LT Perry is heading to Ft. Sill for Artillery Branch BOLC this summer).

I am so thankful that I have had the chance to share my thoughts here and to get to know some great people along the way. The PEB Forum was meant to be a place for helping others, where folks can share their experiences and ask questions. I think we have mostly succeeded, but the lion's share of the credit goes to the staff, moderators, and long-time supporters who keep the place running and make it what it is. The shortfalls should be credited to me.

I am working on several cases and issues that I will be posting about in the near future. It feels like the movie Groundhog Day or a big, not fun, game of Whac-a-Mole. We get some progress and traction on one issue, and then another pops right back up. My main present concerns have to do with MEBs not fully describing all conditions, with the treatment of Reserve Component Members, issues with Line of Duty Determinations, and the failures of the MEBs and PEBs to consider the combined or collective impact of conditions on the fitness findings. At the BCMR/BCNRs, I am also looking at the "liberal consideration" policies concerning PTSD, MST, and TBIs. Lots more work to do, and I am grateful for working with and on behalf of some of the best folks in the world!

Anyway, once more- HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PEB FORUM!!!

Thank you for this website. It was very helpful to have this free resource available. I was medically retired 3 years ago and I can honestly say my attorney saved my life. I don’t know where I would be without this website. Thank you to all the volunteers who dedicate so many hours of their time.

Heck yeah! Happy Birthday PEB Forum. Grateful for the opportunity to share experiences with others and hear their stories.

Heck yea now this forum is old enough to drive, vote, and enlist LOL!
All jokes aside, this forum truly has been a god-send and helped me so so much. I am so thankful for y'all and all the users on the site. God Bless.

Just like the PEB Forum has grown over the years into a trusted space for sharing experiences, online platforms today also play a huge role in connecting people with useful tools and resources. For example, sites like vlogappnow.com provide access to creative apps and guides that help users improve their digital content journey. Both kinds of communities remind us how valuable shared knowledge can be.

Hi Jason,

Remember me? I've got a Vet that needs advice. I can't message you. I've given him the link to the forum. If you message me, I'd love to catch up and give you the info on the Vet.
