Hi,new at IDES and LDES

Hi,this is my situation,i was retired from DOD in 2015 for MH conditions,VA ratings90% UI dated back 2014 i think and now the medical boards process started,i the system let my board hanging i guess,i was drilling until got retired by dod ,i could not continue with the BS at the unit going back and forth plus i receive a letter form VA that i ived the a lot of money from drilling ,while someone was sitting on my med board,well finally a receive several calls from my unit ,i talked to BC about what was going on with my med board,because while i was waiting for it i completed retirement and VA and was in the process of apliying to soc sec.And the med board was not started.Apparently after more than 4 years something move things around at the unit.Today a recieve a counceling to sign to be enrrolled in the LDES system,and im confused AF,What do i have to expect from it? Is says that this will to garantee the VA ratings,even if i already have the 90% and UI the system can screw me over again and lower my rating ?Can someone please answer my questions Thanks
