TXARNG In brief, my MRNCO was retiring he inputted the wrong dates on my LOD and didn't upload all my orders sat on it for 6 months was sent back to NGB Surgeon general was unable to make a determination because of all the sloppy work. MRNCO is gone (retired) I already did one medical extension of one year but since I have less than one year left I need a waiver to extend another year from my commander. My question is what are my options if he denies me a waiver? Contact JAG? I am only in this position because my unit failed to document my injuries while I was on active duty I always sent my profiles up the chain. I have already contacted NG IG and they were just pessimistic about the whole thing trying to blame it on me. I am also already service-connected for this injury combined rating of 80%. If by some chance he does give me a waiver my current rating with the VA is 40% IVDS, 20% bilateral for sciatica,20% bilateral femoral nerve 10% tinnitus. How can I add sciatica and femoral nerve as separate unfitting conditions? so I can get rated 30% DOD. I mainly want it because I'm going to need several surgeries down the line and I want Tricare. Lastly, I already have a TDIU claim with CCK-law representing me can I get a separate lawyer to fight for my Sciatica and femoral as separate conditions? any recommendations? NG med-board process is so broken how can the federal government say I'm service-connected but on the other hand deny me.
