My unfitting memo was sent to type. 1st of October kicked back again due some error to vote phase and still on VOTE2 since October 29. I was so confused and nobody can answer why its kicked back and when I can get unfitting memo and VA proposed rating.

There may have been an issue of wording on something in the NARSUM, name spelling on the packet, anything... It means someone was doing their job and insuring all the T's were crossed and the I's dotted...
You could be lucky and get the unfit memo, or you may not get it. How long it takes to get the proposed ratings depends on how many conditions your're claiming and how difficult they are to rate. Everyone is different. VA rating takes anywherer from 30-90 days... Don't stress too much or you are going to drive yourself crazy!!!
