IDES CANCELLED DUE TO MISCONDUCT

I was originally going administrative separation but put up for MEB concurrently. AFPC decided on MEB. Started entire MEB process, completed all VA exams, MEB was complete then sent to AFPC. They then cancelled the IDES processing after final review and decided to go through with administrative separation instead. I recieved notification today. I called the VA who said that my proposed rating was sent prior to me finding this out. Now I’m trying to figure out once I’m seperated will I have to start entire claims process over? Attached is what VA.gov is saying. I can’t review the file.
