IDES or LDES

I have been referred to the med board but I already have a VA rating for all conditions which come to 100%PnT. My PEBLO says I should take IDES. Do I need to take IDES or LDES since I already have VA ratings? Thank you

I always recommended IDES because you have more protections. LDES only works out if you get the same results. The PEB MUST follow the VA ratings for IDES. LDES doesn't give you that type of protection. You will have to do the exams again. However, I would just bring in your past DBQ's and let them know nothing has changed. You will make it easy work for the QTC docs:)

Thank you. Is the DBQ the same as my decision letter or something else? Again, thanks for the help.

Its the questionnaire your VA appointment doctor filled out. Look into your VA file to get it. If you can't find it ask a VSO for help getting it. If you bring that in and state nothings changed you can make it very easy for the appointment since they can copy it:)
