That is what they hope that will happen. It various wildly based on how many are going through it and other situations such as how many claims you have and how complex your case it. My wife's took over a year.

Also, for some it goes much quicker. So basically, you can't really use that and have it matter too much. What you experience can be very different than what the next Soldier experiences.
