I’m in the beginning stages of my process. It took my medical team 4 months to write my summary and it was sent forward on 10 Nov. I have heard nothing yet. Did all of you continue to work while awaiting a decision of fit or unfit? I’m currently recovering from total knee replacement but don’t want to go back in the office for fear of them finding me fit with restrictions.

I am still working unfortunately. They reduced my hours as much as possible but cannot move me to a holding division while I wait on separation. I think for some people they may be able to work from home but my job does not allow it. I was found unfit on 11/4 and am now just waiting ratings.I’m in the beginning stages of my process.
