they are telling me it takes up to year to complete an informal LOD, they do not have suspense dates they have to meet. Is there a way I can push this along some how
Not sure your service but if you are Army the LOD regulation states no more than 240 days I believe. I'll need to look at it again but a year is not the norm. If you are Army search for AR 600-8-4 that is the LOD regulation and it has everything in there.
