Good morning,
Active duty AF, very fit and avid runner, returned home from deployment a little over a year ago and now can't go up stairs without inhaler. I've been on a profile for over a year and my PCM informed me that I was now a code 37 because of an "asthma" diagnosis (still not sure its asthma) beginning the IRILO process.
I met with my commander and my CIS says "do not retain" because I am not deployable and cannot do my job stateside. Tomorrow I meet with my PCM to review my NARSUM. My PCM has told me his intention to recommend that I not be retained because they do not believe my condition will improve.
What should I expect at this appointment with my PCM? What happens next and should I anticipate my PEBLO reaching out to me at all? I haven't had any communication with her only my command team and PCM.
Thank you
