Just an update. I reached out to my PEBLO after I didn’t get my 199 last week and was told it “might be 2 more weeks now.”
 
Unfortunately, that's par for the course for this broken system. I still haven't heard from the PEB about their decision. It's been 7 weeks. I think everyone is on vacation.

I’m at 5 weeks waiting on the PEB and all I get from the PEBLO is we’re waiting on a decision. The VA told me today that I’m in the pending approval stage. Not sure if that means anything, but I’ve also had my proposed ratings since November.

I’m at a little over 9 weeks now. The VA closed my decision in November as well.
 
When I signed my NARSUM back on 4 Dec, legal told me I was 100% from VA and 50% from Army. If I'm ever done with this I will be putting in some very bad ice complaints starting with my crappy PEBLO.

Are you asking how long I was after my QTC appointments that I received my NARSUM?

Did you reach out to the MEB legal? I’m thinking I might call them today. If anything they might be able to tell me my VA ratings . But yea, I signed my NARSUM on November 16th. It’s ridiculous how long it’s taking and I’m not sure who is to blame
 
That's the step I'm on now. Been waiting for PEB for 7 weeks. Benn reading things on here about people waiting 1-2 months to get their orders to. I hope if I ever get my 199 that it doesn't take that long. Can't get much more pissed than I am already.

No I’m asking after you signed the NARSUM, how long did it take to hear if the PEB found you fit or unfit? Or are you still waiting on that?

I was told I would receive my unfit decision and my ratings at the same time. I was told though that my condition was non-retainable. (Bi-lateral compartment syndrome) so really I’m just waiting on my ratings. Here’s my timeline.

May 29- referred to MEB
October 15- Last QTC appointment
November 11th-received NARSUM
November 16th-Signed NARSUM (two unfit conditions were listed on there ) and emailed to PEB

been waiting since then .

I started about a week earlier than you but didn't receive my NARSUM till Nov 3. I signed it Nov 4 and have been waiting on the PEB ever since.

Have you asked your Peblo what vote you are in or if you have been found unfit yet?

I have and they always says vote 1. Not sure what to believe because I’ve seen ppl on this forum say they were told the same and the next day their PEB was finished. Mostly sounds like the PEBLO doesn’t want to be bothered until everything is complete
 
So I saw this on the web site today. Looks like my packet is finally moving. Contacted PEBLO to find out when I can expect my 199 but no response yet.

At least you have some movement. Mine is at a standstill. Has the date on your VA claim on va.gov updated or change too?

What's the link to this dashboard? My wife just got to MRDP and was referred. Would be nice to see if she has the referral showing up as done yet.
 
I forget what the link is. It's only available on a DOD computer. It's listed somewhere on this site.
 
k need to find it! Can't you access from personal computer with active duty ID and CAC?
