Just thought I would create a post here to see if anyone else has a similar timeline. Hoping to hear news sometime in the next 30 days.

I have 2 referred conditions and 26 claimed conditions.

October 28th: Assigned to the JBLM WTU
November 22th: Received P3 Profile
January 16th: Received Email from MEB welcoming me
February 26th: First QTC Appointment
March 5th: Last QTC Appointment
April 1st: Received NARSUM
April 7th: NARSUM Signed with no issues
April 15th: Packet Sent to PEB/VA
May 5th : Emailed PEBLO. She said packets are taking around 60 days to come back from PEB/VA (ugh...)
May 15th: Emailed PEBLO to see if I have been found unfit yet

So my estimated completion date just got moved back a whole MONTH on the VA site, from September 25th to October 21st.

Anyone ever have that happen?

Feeling kinda disheartened...

Don’t trust that date
That's what everybody keeps saying but I just don't understand why they would move it back if they didn't have a reason. I feel like somebody would need to go in there and manually change the date.

It's just disheartening because I thought I had a good chance of receiving news of a closeout this week and when I saw my case had been updated I got super excited until I saw the only thing they updated was the estimated completion time of my case.

whenCOVID kicked off, my estimated date moved from August 2020 to March 2021....

Where are you at in the process right now, if you don't mind my asking?

Same here. they moved from Aug 04 to Oct 29....

I just checked from cms, Im still pending the VA rating and been in 22 days... :(

So I saw this today...

The bottom one has been the one I have had since the beginning. This other one just showed up today and said it was closed out? Has anyone else ever had another case open up?

Your claim decision is ready
We finished reviewing your claim on May 19, 2020. We sent you a packet by U.S. mail that includes details of the decision on your claim. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your packet to arrive before contacting a VA call center. If you haven’t received the packet with the full details of your claim decision yet, you can see your rating by going to your disability page in eBenefits. Check your disability page in eBenefits for your rating.

Also, does anyone know how to check your ratings before the letter comes in the mail? Is that possible? When I go to to the disability page, it says I have no ratings.

This is what happens to pretty much everyone and it means that your ratings are complete. This means that the VA received your request for ratings from the PEB on April 27 and they completed their ratings for you on May 19. So now you’re waiting for the PEB to get the ratings, assign a DOD rating, and send through a 199 form

For reference, the VA received my request for ratings on April 24 and my case closed on May 8th on VA.gov, I still have not gotten any updates from my PEBLO regarding the ratings

Did they mail you something out? I was told it should only take 7-10 days to get ratings via mail. On the VA website it says to call the VA if you haven't received after 10 days. They might be showing up already on your ebenefits page.

This is what mine shows. But they are supposedly mailing mine out today via the guy from the VA that I called.

June 5th: Received 199 from PEBLO (80% DOD / 100% VA)

So I just received my 199 today, and was rated temporarily on PTSD (as expected) but also on my back. I have been seen for my back consistently since 2010. Their justification for the temporary rating was that statistically, with three years of treatment, many symptoms can be relieved. With 10 years of treatment, is there anything I can do at this point to fight for permanency? I get the PTSD, but fighting for the next 3 years to keep my 40% for my back (a large contributing factor to my 100%) just seems exhausting. I don't know if there are any moderators monitoring this, or fellow posters with experience here, but I just want to make sure I have all the information before signing this thing on Monday.

EDIT: Also, for my back, it states that the injury happened from carrying 80 lbs on my back. In fact, it states in several places throughout the years (including the initial complaint from sickcall) that it occurred on a combat jump. Is this something that I should fight for now before getting out, or is this something I can take care of after I leave active duty? I am specifically concerned because I wish to apply for CRSC.

Thank you

How much time do you think you have left? Is there anyway you can find out individual ratings for unfit conditions before you get your DA 199? My Peblo was able to see my overall VA rating but she said I have to wait for the DA 199 to see what I got rated for my unfit condition. My case was closed and rated June 2nd

Yes, I can see all of my individual ratings. I have been rated 70% for PTSD and 40% for my back, though both are temporary
