Here's my question...4 years ago I had a psychiatric event, was placed on limdu for 3 months, saw tons of doctors. Went before a board who found me fit for full. Good to go. Off to my next command, no issues, no care. Then receive new orders and go to overseas screening, that doc puts me conusa assignable and to non operational units, based on 4 years ago. I see a psych who again puts me world wide assignable fit for full.....so the owner seas doc sends my stuff to MEB/PEB????? I'm not clear on why this overseas doc keeps pushing the issue...I've been cleared by every doc under the sun including my PMT. is there a way to override this screening doc? Or do I just sit and wait until MEB seems my record? I within the same week was cleared by everyone except the over seas screening doc...I'm confused? Any insight? How do I get this cancelled?

You don't get that cancelled, however, rest assured its not right.
I'm not even sure the over seas doc has the authority to send you to the MEB process or how he would even make that happen.
Some of the more seasoned guys here may have a better answer, but if I were in your shoes I'd talk to your commander or your legal defense office about that.

I did just that speak with the co. He had me drive to all these doc and had each one fill out a world wide assignable fit for full and had them faxed to the meb office and is expecting a reply by EOB tomorrow.hopefully this works. I just made board after 14 yrs in, I plan to retire!
That's the way to get after it.
