MH MEB Timeline (So far) Typical?

Here's what I have so far, and maybe some folks can shed some light on whether this is standard or not. I'm still trying to figure out this process and what I can expect moving forward. I have a myriad of mental and physical health issues, sad to say, and was submitted to AMRO for some physical stuff prior to this MH MEB being pushed but didn't hear if anything came of those reviews.

March 31: Provider informed me she would like to submit me for MEB, given my ~2yrs treatment w/o meaningful progress (and new diagnosis of PTSD)
April 03: Code 37 applied to IMR
May 15: NARSUM submitted by MH provider
June 01: CC Impact Statement/AF1185 received by command team
June 08: CIS/AF1185 confirmed submitted to PEBLO by command team

And now I wait! When should I be contacted by a PEBLO, if at all? My flight doc said I may not hear anything for up to four months...does that seem right? From other posts, it seems like folks are getting decisions about fit/unfit within a few weeks at most these days. I'd love to hear some input - I know I'm only just starting in this long process but perspective is always helpful.
Thank you!

Nothing really starts til after the IRILO. Seems like it usually takes less than a month once everything is submitted. Unfortunately they have wide liberty to decide your disposition and if they say you’re fit there will be almost nothing you can do.

That's helpful! I was provided a flowchart infographic of the timeline, but of course it wasn't very detailed. It just went "CIS -> Found fit/unfit -> RTD/MEB" and I've heard the term IRILO thrown around but wasn't sure where it fit into the larger picture. All the case timelines I've combed through on here have been very different, so finding where I'm at relative to others has been a challenge!
I have been undeployable for +12 months at this point, so I suppose I'd be slightly surprised to be found fit, but weirder things have happened in the military.

What’s your job, and are you currently able to perform it?

That definitely increases your chances. They also look at your chances of leaving for other reasons. For instance, if you were a month away from hitting 20 they might return you to duty expecting that you will retire on your own. The IRILO process is a huge black box.
