hello, 14 years active duty Air Force here. I am going through an MEB and have finished all my C and P exams. Today the PEBLO called me in and I see that my referred condition was “pain in unspecified lower leg”. The PEBLO was pressuring me hard to sign today, even pulling my doctor in the room to explain things to me. I disagree strongly.
For back ground, I have a long history of compartment syndrome, and radiculoptohy in both legs with it being diagnosed multiple times.
I also have Developed pretty bad anxiety, to the point where it has disqualified me for 2 assignments (422 denied), a deployment, and my commanders impact statement lists it as a 2nd condition.
My questions are
1) should I be pushing to have pain in lower legs be relisted as something more specific?
2) what are the chances of getting mental health condition added on as a receded condition?
3) does anyone have any private legal counsel they would recommend?
Something just didn’t seem right today..I have to go back on Friday and I’m wondering if I should do an IMR, or if I should do the option and submit a statement myself?
